Welcome to Spoken English My Vision. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of our online English speaking classes, WhatsApp group participation, and other related services. By registering or making payment, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to enroll. If under 18, guardian consent is required.
2. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee via the official payment link or our official UPI ID.
Course fees are payable in Indian Rupees (₹). Modes include UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateways (Cashfree / Razorpay).
Fees are non-transferable to another person or another session (except in exceptional circumstances and with written approval).
3. Course Delivery & Schedule
Classes are conducted live online; details of schedule will be shared in advance via WhatsApp / email.
We may reschedule sessions due to trainer availability or unforeseen circumstances; we commit to informing students at least [48] hours in advance when possible.
Recordings or supplementary materials (if any) are provided as deemed necessary by the trainer; these are for the student’s personal usage and cannot be shared or redistributed.
4. Student Responsibilities
Ensure you attend classes on time, with a reliable internet connection and suitable device.
Respectful behavior towards trainer and other students is expected; harassment or misuse may lead to termination without refund.
Do not record sessions unless explicitly allowed in writing.
5. Refunds & Cancellation

No refunds for classes missed by student due to personal reasons.
If Spoken English My Vision cancels a course (e.g. due to insufficient students or unforeseen issues), full refunds will be issued.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content (audio, video, written materials) are the exclusive property of Spoken English My Vision.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make available any materials without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high quality teaching, we do not guarantee specific results (such as job offers, promotions, fluency).
We are not responsible for technical failures or interruptions at the student’s end (e.g. internet, power issues).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts in [your base city].
This site is not a part of Google™ website or network of sites such as YouTube™ or any company owned by Google™ or YouTube™Additionally this website is not endorsed by Google™ YouTube™ or Facebook Inc. in any way.
