1. Course Fees & Refund Terms
Once a course has started, fees are non-refundable.
If you enroll but cancel before the first live class begins, you may request a refund, less any administrative charges (if applicable).
2. Cancellation by Student
If you are unable to attend, no refund will be given for missed live classes.
No guarantee that missed classes will be repeated or recorded unless explicitly promised.
3. Cancellation by Us
If for any reason Spoken English My Vision cancels a course (trainer availability, technical issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
The actual credit may take longer depending on bank/payment methods.
5. Exceptional Cases
In rare or exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, etc.), we may consider partial refunds, at sole discretion. Documentation may be required.
